Simon has a articulated torso and anthropomorphic hands – and a face that will stop you in your tracks. This handsome little fellow will be learning many different social skills over the upcoming weeks and months. What, say that again Sony, a PS3 slim? Didn’t you just talk about the PSP Go? Yes that is right, Sony has just unveiled the PS3 slim at the GamesCom Press Conference in Cologne, Germany. It was also leaked like the PSP Go. Sony really needs to keep some secrets! It is now available for pre-order through Kmart and Sears and will be available everywhere the first week of September. The price of this Console is actually less then its family member, the PS3, at $300. Thats €299, $299 US, and ¥29,980. It sounds a little pricy, but thats before you hear the Specs! It has a Blu-ray player, a 120GB hard disk, DualShock3 controller, and HDMI output with 1080p support, and is consumes 34% less power, and will be 32% smaller! The 5 words I am going to leave you with is “I’m getting one, are you”?

There has been word on RIM planning to integrate full Flash and Microsoft Silverlight support into the their BlackBerry web browser over the last couple months, and now it is pretty much confirmed. Wait, say that again, full Flash, not Flash light! Yeah thats right, the BlackBerry will have full Flash, which is not supported on any mobile device! Don’t get to excited yet, because it will be next Summer before RIM ships phones powerful enough to handle it, and even after that, things might be delayed since they need HSPA or LTE data speed to pull it off. Maybe in the meantime all of those engineers could fix all the flaws and bugs in the Operating system? Until that day we will all have to live with apps!

Your first 3D home TV!

Posted in News by Alec Morgana on August 20, 2009 No Comments yet

The Samsung HL50A650 DLP HDTV is the TV of 2009. This TV has two options for viewing. The options allow you to change the visual of the video on the TV. You can choose between 3D and 2D. The Samsung HL50A650 DLP HDTV has a 1080p Full HD resolution 1920 x 1080 weighing 55.8 pounds. The only down side of the Samsung HL50A650 DLP HDTV is that you have to wear 3D glasses! Hopefully in the next few years Samsung will come out with a newer TV where glasses are not required. The price for this TV will be $1,109 to $1,599 depending on the size. It has an HDTV tuner and Energy Star built in as well as a USB port for all external devices. The price is not that expensive when you compare it to other TV’s that aren’t 3D.
